A floozy and a tart was what the people liked to call her
Just because she played the field to see what they could offer
She didn’t need a man a ring or any type of label
Just wanted what she wanted and she thought she should be able.
Maybe if she’d been a guy they wouldn’t mock or spurn her
They’d say ‘that’s just the way it is’ and wouldn’t have to wonder
Whether she would be the girl to settle down and change
