Homesick

The last time he’d walked the streets of his home town he had sworn he would never go back again.

He hated everything about it–from the people to the places–there was nothing he would miss.

Thirty-six years passed and he thought it’d be the same–a little town like that never changed. But the place he’d abandoned had transformed into something he didn’t recognize.

And he missed it–the home he’d once known.
